Hi, I’m Juliana, founder of Lunova Coaching. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a lawyer by training, an HR professional by experience, and a coach by vocation. Most importantly, I’m an immigrant.
I was born and raised in Colombia, and at 35 I chose to change my life, switch careers, and start over in Canada. In 2018, I immigrated with little more than a couple of suitcases, leaving behind my family, friends, and a familiar sense of belonging.
As I transitioned from law into human resources, I experienced firsthand the challenges immigrant women face when entering a new workforce or rebuilding a professional identity. I was navigating new cultures, new languages, and new expectations, often adapting quickly while quietly losing parts of myself. At that time, I did not have access to coaching or guidance, even though I needed it.
That experience shaped Lunova.
Today, I run a coaching practice dedicated to immigrant and culturally diverse women in the middle stages of their careers. I believe that all women are capable, intelligent, and whole, yet often we navigate invisible barriers shaped by culture, gender, and unspoken social rules.
Lunova was created to make high-quality coaching more accessible. My approach blends Co-Active coaching, positive psychology, and well-being to offer a supportive and grounded space where women can reconnect with their strengths, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence and authenticity.

In a world where professional women face multiple pressures, balancing work and life, adapting to new countries, navigating cultures and leading without losing authenticity, traditional coaching often falls short.
Lunova was created to fill that gap.
This is a global community that celebrates diversity and encourages collaboration among women navigating professional or personal transitions, from moving to a new country to shifting careers, stepping into leadership or reconnecting with purpose.
Lunova does not try to “teach” women to be leaders. It starts from the premise that they already are. Our role is to remind them of their power, give them tools to cultivate it and create an environment where they can flourish without fear.
I believe in the strength and potential of every woman, offering resources and guidance to build confidence, achieve goals, and foster a sense of belonging in their new home.
