Lunova was created from a simple observation. Many immigrant and culturally diverse women reach a point in their careers where they feel capable and experienced, yet still face challenges that are rarely named or supported in traditional development spaces.
Lunova exists to support these women as they move forward with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. The work recognizes how culture, race, and gender shape professional experiences, and it offers space to navigate both personal and systemic barriers while building a stronger sense of belonging.
Lunova was created from both professional experience and lived reality. Through my own journey as an immigrant and through years of training, I saw how often culturally diverse women are expected to adapt without support.
Our approach brings together Co-Active coaching, positive psychology, leadership development, well-being practices, and mindfulness. Everything is grounded in real life, not theory alone, and guided by values of connection, growth, and staying true to who you are.
Lunova is designed as a safe and supportive space. A place to pause, reflect, reconnect with your strengths, make sense of your migration story, and think intentionally about what comes next in your life or career.
Accessibility matters. Lunova is built to offer high-quality coaching at a reasonable cost, without compromising care, ethics, or depth. The goal is to make personal and professional growth feel possible, not exclusive.
